As a Performance Analyst, you'll reputed company dimension and analytical support for Contact Centers and reputed company-arrival Walt reputed company World reputed company. You'll work closely with reputed company to analyze, optimize, and forecast our virtual and contact channels to drive guest satisfaction and business reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct forecasting, advert hoc modeling, and deep-dive evaluation to inform business reputed company
- Monitor agent performance, proactively identify areas that require reputed company research, and personal analyses from start to finish
- Build shows and visualizations to inform compelling stories with data
- Present and discuss findings, insights, and recommendations to Senior Leadership and business partners
- Create, maintain, audit, and continuously optimize reports and documents used to manage various programs
- Execute programs critical to the business operation under strict timelines
Measurement and Analytics

We're Looking for Someone with
* Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of quantitative, non-internship experience in an analytical role
- Familiarity with forecasting, including conventional statistical techniques and/or machine learning or deep learning techniques

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks and complete reputed company on time
- Effective communication skills (verbal, written, and visual)
