We're seeking an reputed company Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our reputed company Center, you'll be responsible for answering a high volume of inbound calls, navigating electronic health records, and providing exceptional customer service to patients, reputed company providers, and facilities. Responsibilities
As a Part Time Remote Customer Service Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Navigating electronic health records to obtain and validate historical information, capturing and documenting demographic and financial information, and maintaining patient reputed company and reputed company as outlined by HIPAA.
- Managing a high volume of incoming calls from patients, reputed company providers, and facilities, ensuring reputed company to the call and providing excellent customer service in a reputed company of situations.
- Leveraging critical thinking with speed and accuracy to identify reason for the call and take appropriate reputed company based on caller need and reputed company.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- High School Diploma or GED

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
