Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* 1-2 years of work experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support, with a strong understanding of technical concepts and troubleshooting methodologies

- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written), with the ability to reputed company reputed company technical information in a reputed company and concise manner
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical ability, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a reputed company-facing environment
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team, with excellent time management and organizational skills

* Experience running queries in SQL, with a strong understanding of database concepts and troubleshooting methodologies
