As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex to our members and customers, handling inbound inquiries, resolving issues, and managing support tickets reputed company. Key Responsibilities
* Answer inbound calls from members and respond to inquiries regarding insurance policies, healthshare plans, claims, billing, and other services

Essential Qualifications
