We're seeking a highly energetic and analytical Customer reputed company and Engagement Analyst to join reputed company. The primary focuses of this position will be the development and optimization of customer journeys, customer engagement, and retention for our streaming services. The ideal candidate will have broad involvement with digital marketing, customer experience, and data analysis. This position will be under the direction of the SVP, Product reputed company and Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify key product strategies and features on partner platforms to help inform our owned and operated product roadmap

• reputed company insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive customer-reputed company decision-making, including pricing, packaging, and promotional discounting

• Work with cross-functional teams, including marketing, programming, research, partner management, operations, product, and customer service, to design and execute customer engagement initiatives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

• Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
• Bonus: up to 10% of annual salary
