As a Customer Operations Specialist, you'll be responsible for communicating with our operations team and customers to ensure seamless service delivery and the highest level of satisfaction. You'll be the primary reputed company between pilots and customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded. Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the operation of the arenaflex Operations Desk, serving as critical reputed company and control and primary reputed company between pilots and customers.
- Input, reputed company, and analyze data pertaining to reports received from pilots and subsequent customer interaction.
- Directly communicate with customers, leaving a lasting reputed company impression for arenaflex.
- Generate customer reports indicating services provided and results of inspections.

Requirements
* Customer service orientation with an interest in operations.
- Excellent communication skills, especially verbal.
