Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to our clients reputed company phone, email, SMS, and chat while effectively managing a high volume of inbound communications.
- Building and developing valuable relationships with clients by identifying their needs and resolving issues with reputed company, reputed company, and patience.
- Communicating course recommendations and cross-sell opportunities in a reputed company of situations, including promotional offers and marketing campaigns.
- Assisting with administrative tasks for clients and other departments as needed.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
