As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers, handling inbound calls, and resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company to insurance policies. You will work in a remote setting, providing a distraction-free and quiet work environment, and will be required to have a high-speed internet reputed company and a headset.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies
- Assist customers with questions regarding policy coverage, billing, and policy modifications
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a reputed company and courteous manner

- Utilize computer systems and data systems to search for answers and information

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
