Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to incoming calls, chats, and emails regarding Federal Student Aid (FSA) Loan Servicing
• Making outbound calls to clients to reputed company support and assistance
• Utilizing computerized systems, knowledge bases, and reputed company technology to respond to inquiries and reputed company job duties
• Processing requests received reputed company general correspondence and notating accounts regarding actions taken in response to those requests

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:
