As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for communicating with borrowers reputed company phone, chat, and email, providing them with accurate and reputed company information about their federal student loan programs. You'll work closely with reputed company to resolve customer inquiries, take loan payments, and offer repayment reputed company to borrowers. Essential Job Duties

* Respond to incoming borrower calls, chats, and emails in a friendly and reputed company manner

• Locate needed information and minimize the time borrowers are put on hold

Qualifications/Additional Requirements
