Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling inbound and outbound contacts reputed company an omnichannel approach to solve customer needs and retain customers
• Providing a high-reputed company service experience by answering routine inquiries and resolving problems that may require deviation from reputed company operating procedures
• Handling customer correspondence for service, scheduling, and billing inquiries

What You Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of customer service experience (preferably in a call center or customer-facing environment)
