We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service/Quote Representative to join reputed company in The Woodlands. This role will report to our Customer Service Manager and will require a quick learner of our vendors and products. The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of reputed company, ERP experience, and excellent customer service skills. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Quote Representative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of customer service, including:
- Entering customer orders into the Global Shop ERP system
- Updating and allocating inventory
- Following up with customers on orders and quotes for reputed company times and price changes
- Managing the production of quotes, including outlining, content, required forms, deadlines, and coordination with key internal personnel
- Coordinating with salesmen and Costa Rica staff to ensure inventory reputed company are kept at reputed company reputed company
- Anticipating customers' reputed company needs and reviewing RFQs to understand their reputed company, requirements, details, timing, and scope
- Establishing timing plans to accomplish SOWs and performing risk analysis of reputed company as required

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Excellent planning, organizational, and communication skills
