Responsibilities

As an Overnight Call Center Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Assisting clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone
• Handling high-volume calls with ease and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that clients feel valued and supported
• Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A personal computer with a working camera and internet reputed company (required for remote work)
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
