What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to callers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Answering inbound phone calls while providing a high-reputed company patient/caller experience
* Reviewing patient liability questions and concerns
* Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments
* Performing referral coordination, including completing reputed company Referrals and/or referral tracking queue
* Registering new patients, verifying patient demographics and health insurance, and updating patient information in designated databases
* Responding to general information requests and/or inquiries from patients, physicians, medical offices, and other callers

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A High School Diploma or GED
* Must be 18 years of age or older
* 1+ years of experience in a call center answering customer service inquiries regarding reputed company
* Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
* Ability to work any 8-hour work shift between the hours of 6:30am and 5:30pm PST, Monday through Friday. Rotating Saturday coverage may be needed/is likely.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. reputed company complies with reputed company minimum wage laws as applicable.
