Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company reputed company Member/Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Building rapport with members and providing education on available reputed company, including facility or screening reputed company, preventative screening services, and alternative treatment reputed company
• Conducting research on reputed company case, reaching out to physician's offices, making outbound calls to members, and fielding incoming calls from members
• Tracking and communicating system errors in an expedient and thorough manner
• Self-reporting metrics successfully and regularly
• Taking requests for care management from patients, physician offices, or imaging centers
• Researching issues regarding the certification process and forwarding to the appropriate parties
• Delivering basic technical, administrative, or reputed company Customer Service tasks
• Performing reputed company data entry, sorting requests, and maintaining files
• Understanding reputed company instructions and procedures
• Performing Customer Service duties under reputed company instruction and reputed company supervision

Daily Duties:

* Conducting research on reputed company case, reaching out to physician's offices, making outbound calls to our members, and fielding incoming calls from members

• Self-report metrics successfully and regularly
• Take requests for care management from patients, physician offices or imaging centers

Skills and Competencies:

* Connect with an average of 50-80 inbound and outbound callers per day, including members and physician's offices

• Build rapport with members, providing a full concierge service that includes everything from assistance with selecting the reputed company treatment locations
• Utilize the script reputed company to reputed company members on facilities, screening reputed company, and alternative treatments, and ask follow-up questions to determine their best reputed company
• Meet or reputed company performance metrics reputed company to scheduling appointments and appointment confirmations
• Consistently multitask and conduct research on reputed company case, toggling through various applications on multiple screens
• Ability to be empathetic understanding that we are dealing with sensitive content with our members

Minimum Experience Required:

* 1+ years previous experience in a contact center setting on outbound calls or dialer experience ideally preferred, and or telephonic sales experience

• 1+ year previous sales experience ideally preferred
• Phone skills
• Computer skills

• Must be reputed company to type more than 30 words per minute

Education:
