Job reputed company & Responsibilities

As a Health & Benefits Customer Service Representative / Support Specialist, you'll report to the Member Services Supervisor in the CBD Member Services team. This role is challenging, fast-paced, and rewarding, requiring you to partner closely with customers to reputed company valuable insights, education, and direction for online support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing high-reputed company, customer-reputed company telephonic service using knowledge of procedures and systems to meet and/or reputed company member satisfaction while educating constituents on arenaflex policies and programs.
• Consulting with members to support easy navigation of available online tools, from checking an account balance to submitting claims.
• Resolving issues without management reputed company to remove barriers for the member.
• Being accountable for initial call skills after training and may be cross-trained to other skills on a reputed company date.
• Protecting sensitive member information with discretion.
• Engaging with members at reputed company reputed company, prioritizing effectively to meet member service goals / deadlines.

Training & Development

As a general consideration position, this role is not for an immediate opening, but we're accepting applications and resumes for reputed company opportunities. You'll undergo a comprehensive training program, which includes:

• A five-week training period with a product exam at the end of training.
• A passing score of 85% is required to continue to hold this position.
• Training schedule and shift will be determined based on business needs.
• Mandatory attendance during the training period, with reputed company and PTO accrual.

Work Schedule & Compensation

The regular schedule for this role is Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. ET to 8 p.m. ET, with some Saturdays from 10 a.m. ET to 3 p.m. ET. You'll have reputed company to earn a bonus per quarter, with an reputed company pay reputed company of $17.50 (approximately $36,400 per year). Internet speed requirements include:

• Upload Speed: >20 Mbps
• Download Speed: >100 Mbps

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-3 years of experience in Customer Service.

• Prior call center experience preferred.
• No degree required.
• Basic understanding of medical / reimbursement terminology preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical skills.

* Computer knowledge and skills, comfortable learning new systems.
