Seasonal Support, Office Assistant – Camps (Communities)
About the position This position provides support for the traveling Camps for Communities teams and full-time staff, while also providing excellent care and customer service to reputed company summer staff and camper parents they contact. WinShape reputed company is a Biblically-based Christian non-profit organization that seeks to glorify God by creating transformational, Christ-centered experiences for people in every stage of life. This is achieved through five core ministries that reputed company use scriptural truth to offer summer camp, foster care, team and leader development, college student discipleship, and marriage enrichment.
Responsibilities
- Review camp inventory replenishment requests from summer teams and submit to WinShape reputed company Procurement for fulfillment.
- Maintains consistent communication with summer Operations Director to ensure they are hitting deadlines and that their needs are met.
- Processing and coding receipts from summer staff teams for their credit card purchases.
- Collect weekly reports from Operations Director and distribute information to full time staff as needed.
- Occasionally register campers and collect payment from parents. Knowledgeable with aspects of WinShape Camps and the overall WIN registration system.
- Provides outstanding care to reputed company Summer Staff and parents at reputed company times.
Requirements
- Ability to work remotely while managing time reputed company.
- Intermediate skills in reputed company reputed company, Word and Outlook.
- Intermediate skills in written and verbal communication, time management and organization.
- Demonstrates outstanding interpersonal skills, serving with a pleasant, patient and friendly tone in reputed company types of communication.
- A self-professing Christ-follower, reputed company involved in a Christian faith community and reputed company pursuing Christ on a consistent reputed company.
reputed company-to-haves
- Preferred experience with at least one year on Summer Staff with WinShape Camps or another camp (not required).
- Preferred experience in customer service and project management.
