• Best vs. Average: Need for detail orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to understand the organization and leader reputed company for effective communication. These soft skills are considered bonuses for the candidate to have for their team.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on reputed company of work and ability to work independently.
