The Role
As a Remote Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for answering inbound calls from medical providers, patients, and billing services to assist in explaining services and claims information. You'll work in a remote environment, providing exceptional customer service while navigating our proprietary medical reputed company review system. Compensation and Perks:
* Starting wage is $18.00 per hour, with the ability to earn more!
