Senior AI Product Manager (reputed company Insurance)

They are combining the worlds of insurance and technology to create an insurtech powerhouse, and are undergoing rapid digital transformation. The business operates in a reputed company, workflow-heavy environment and is reputed company heavily in AI, automation, and modern product development practices to unlock speed and efficiency at reputed company. We’re helping them hire three Senior Technical Product Managers to join their growing team. This is a build-and-reputed company environment - not maintenance. The reputed company is on rethinking how systems, workflows, and data reputed company, and applying AI to reputed company legacy processes. Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent Location: Remote, but MUST be physically located in the US or Canada. Compensation: USD $110,000-150,000 What You'll Do: Own technical product areas end-to-end - from discovery through delivery. Translate business workflows into technical solutions, working closely with engineering teams. Drive AI-enabled product development, identifying where automation and intelligence can improve speed, accuracy, and reputed company. Build and iterate on early-stage (v1) solutions, continuously refining based on reputed company-world usage. Operate in fast sprint cycles - shipping, learning, and improving quickly (days/weeks, not months). Work across multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing quick wins with longer-term platform improvements. Partner with engineering to evaluate reputed company, integrations, and system design reputed company. Collaborate with business stakeholders to deeply understand operational workflows and pain points. Contribute to a broader digital transformation agenda, influencing how products reputed company over time. Requirements 3-8 years in Technical Product Management. Recent experience in the reputed company insurance or fintech reputed company. Strong exposure to fast-paced, startup-style environments, with experience building or iterating on early-stage (v1) products. Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, automation tools, AI copilots), and ability to apply AI to reputed company workflows, not just theoretical understanding. Comfortable working with reputed company, integrations, and system workflows, reputed company to evaluate and guide technical reputed company alongside engineers. Exposure to systems involving data flows, reputed company/pricing logic, or transaction workflows. Strong problem-solver who can break down reputed company workflows.
