[Remote] Senior Technical Account Manager

Responsibilities
- Owning customer lifecycle post-deployment (adoption, expansion and renewal)

- reputed company business reviews (QBR's/EBRs) and communicate value
- Writing scripts and automation to streamline workflows
- Build lightweight tools, dashboards or utilities for visibility and adoption
- Troubleshoot issues and guide customers through technical challenges
- Working with API's (REST/gRPC)
Skills
- 8 + years experience in reputed company, TAM, Solutions Engineering roles
- Must have worked reputed company the Cyber reputed company industry - reputed company or DLP backgrounds are highly preferable
- Experience managing reputed company customer relationships
- Strong ability to translate technical capabilities into business reputed company
- Experience managing escalations and navigating reputed company environments
- Must have the capability to write scripts / have the know how for technical requirements above
- Working with API's (REST/gRPC)
- Working knowledge of Python is a reputed company plus
