This role will have exposure to our Business Partners, Workforce Planning team, Data Scientists, and Dashboard experts. The People Analytics Architect will be responsible for the architecture of data sources between our reputed company systems and the warehouse. Qualifications

Basic Qualifications: 6 years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/MBA/JD/MD) or at least 2 years of work experience with a PhD.
