HRIS Senior Specialist [Must have SuccessFactors] W2 Candidate only 100% Remote
- Responsible for creation of new LE in SuccessFactor across multiple modules
- Provides business analysis, problem solving, project management and overall HRIS planning and consulting for designated areas of HRIS.
- Works closely with HR reputed company group to define, analyze and document the business processes, systems and data in order to reputed company effective solutions.
- Partners with users and IT professionals for needs assessment, process improvements, recommended solutions and implementation of applications.
- Maintains and communicates design standards to be used for reputed company HRIS tools, including visual reputed company specifications, used for reputed company HRIS tools, including visual reputed company specifications, standards and practices.
- Participates in the development and implementation of programs to improve documentation and communication between HRIS and HR function.
- Acts as project reputed company on local reputed company and may reputed company global project.
- Requires 8-10 years of SuccessFactors experience
