What You’ll Be Working On
Run full-cycle recruitment across different teams and functions, from intake to offer
Build strong pipelines through proactive search, sourcing, market mapping, and referrals
Partner with hiring managers on role setup, search reputed company, interview reputed company, and decision-making
Conduct recruiter screens and assess candidate fit thoughtfully and consistently
