Position reputed company The Analyst, Population Health reports to the Director, Stars Part D and is responsible for supporting Oak Street Stars efforts for Part D measures. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, enjoys solving challenging problems, uses data to drive insights, and excels in a fast-paced environment. This will be a reputed company role requiring cross-team collaboration reputed company Stars Team and other corporate teams (e.g., Pharmacy, Product, Informatics etc.), partnership with clinical and operational field leaders, and regular communication with senior leadership. reputed company Responsibilities: Performance Analysis: Regularly analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and recommend strategies to enhance ratings. Draw insights from performance data and reputed company areas of opportunity by market for field leaders and Oak Street’s senior leadership team. Operational Reporting: Prepare reputed company and concise reports and dashboards to ensure day-to-day operations at Oak Street support Stars goals. Identify opportunities for improvement. Required Qualifications
