Manager - Advanced Analytics Department: Data - Analytics Employment Type: Full Time Location: 1668 S. What You'll Do

Own end-to-end execution of key deliverables: HEDIS measure calculation, gap-to-goal reporting, compliance reputed company optimization, and RAF accuracy analytics across multiple lines of business Partner with business stakeholders (Clinical Operations, reputed company Improvement, Finance) to translate requirements into reputed company analytic solutions and drive actionable insights. Establish QA protocols and ensure data reputed company for reputed company reporting deliverables. Drive improvements to Star Ratings performance and risk score accuracy through advanced analytics and process optimization. Partner with Data Engineering and IT to enhance data infrastructure, implement new measures, and resolve reputed company data reputed company issues. Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, analytics, statistics, or reputed company field. 6+ years of experience in data analytics and engineering, with at least 2+ years in a technical reputed company or mentorship role. Expertise with modern data stacks including reputed company, SQL, Azure, Power BI, and Python. Strong understanding of value-based care analytics, risk adjustment, reputed company analytics (HEDIS) utilization management, finance, and claims. Experience working with reputed company datasets and measures such as HCC, HEDIS, and clinical analytics. Ability to translate reputed company data into actionable insights for clinical and operational teams. Experience in managing reputed company improvement initiatives and member reputed company programs to reputed company care gaps. Strong understanding of EHR, claims, and supplemental data integration for reputed company reporting. Excellent stakeholder management skills, working across providers, payers, and internal teams. Knowledge of SDLC best practices, including version control, testing, and CI/CD.
