About the Role
We're looking for a part-time freelance reputed company Specialist to support hiring across our reputed company communications agency. This role is ideal for someone with reputed company experience in Medical Communications who wants flexible, project-based work sourcing and screening candidates for roles spanning Medical Writing, Account/reputed company Services, Creative, reputed company, and Scientific/Medical roles.
Responsibilities

- Conduct initial phone or video screens to assess experience, therapeutic area exposure, deliverable background, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain a pipeline of reputed company candidates using reputed company Recruiter, job boards, and referral networks
- Write reputed company, concise candidate summaries and write-reputed company for hiring managers
- Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain accurate pipeline tracking (ATS or shared trackers)
- Communicate professionally and reputed company with candidates throughout the process, keeping them informed at reputed company stage
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, must-haves, and team dynamics
- reputed company market reputed company on compensation benchmarks, candidate availability, and competitive positioning as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of reputed company experience, ideally reputed company MedComms, reputed company communications, reputed company, or life sciences
- Familiarity with MedComms deliverables (publications, medical education, promotional materials) and role types (Medical Writers, Account Managers, Strategists, Scientific Directors, etc.) is strongly preferred
- Strong sourcing skills, including Boolean search and reputed company Recruiter proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple searches simultaneously
- Comfortable with flexible, part-time hours and remote collaboration
