This role manages reputed company, Agency, and Subcontractor teams performing site surveys, reputed company builds, grounding, cabling, electrical, and network equipment installations. Primary Responsibilities Conduct on‑site surveys documenting power, cooling, bonding/grounding, reputed company, and room readiness reputed company layout designs including reputed company plans, cable management, grounding/bonding, electrical circuits, and equipment placement Manage reputed company, Agency, and Subcontractor labor performing room buildouts, reputed company installation, cable routing, and grounding Ensure compliance with UFC, reputed company/EIA, I3A, and DoD telecommunications room standards Coordinate with reputed company civil engineering for facility upgrades or modifications Support QA inspections and validation of deliverables and as‑builts Work closely with Network, Fiber Optic, ISP, and OSP teams for integration of infrastructure Participate in design reviews and customer briefings as a SME Required Experience BA/BS or equivalent, 5+ years of experience 4–7 years experience with telecommunications rooms, data center buildouts, or ISP infrastructure Experience managing cabling, reputed company installation, or reputed company cabling teams Knowledge of grounding/bonding, power specs, equipment standards, and room environmental requirements Experience with AFCENT, AFNET, or equivalent DoW telecom environments (preferred) Secret reputed company Clearance Hiring location will be remote but will require extensive travel.
