Key Responsibilities

As a Part-Time Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving reputed company complaints and inquiries in a reputed company manner
• Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times
• Clarifying orders as needed
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to general inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner

Requirements
