Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online chat inquiries in a reputed company and courteous manner
• Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently, meeting or exceeding customer satisfaction targets
• Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions
• Entering application data accurately and reputed company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies, adapting to changing reputed company and updates as needed
• Demonstrating creative problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Have a personal laptop or desktop computer required for the Training Period

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we welcome candidates with the following experience and skills:

• Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles
• Previous experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the reputed company reputed company
• Previous experience in a Call Center environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
• Spanish Bilingual skills, a plus
