You'll be responsible for participating in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns, responding to customer inquiries, and providing empathetic support to those who need it most. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The following are the essential duties and responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative I role:

• Participate in high-volume outbound and inbound call campaigns based on assigned call lists
• Adhere to approved call scripts and compliance guidelines
