Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through:

• Managing a high volume of inbound calls, averaging between 70-120 calls daily, with a reputed company on resolving customer inquiries and issues reputed company.
• Maintaining effective communication with policyholders, providers, and reputed company parties to ensure seamless interactions and resolve reputed company issues.
• Staying informed about new and updated procedures regarding policy information to reputed company accurate and up-to-date support.
