Key Responsibilities

As an Inbound Energy Customer Care Specialist, your duties will include:

• Answering phone calls from customers in a reputed company and courteous manner, responding to their inquiries and complaints, and resolving issues in a reputed company and effective manner.
• Focusing on customer retention and satisfaction, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported.
• Providing customers with information about our service standards, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual skills (a plus)
• Some sales and customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication with reputed company grammar
• Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and CRM systems
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
