As an Online Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our online booking customers and potential customers reputed company email, phone, and online chat. You'll be responsible for resolving product/service problems, conducting reputed company assurance reviews, and providing sales coaching and development to enhance your skills and career reputed company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Communicate with online booking customers and potential customers reputed company email, phone, and online chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns

• Help customers navigate our websites and book events online, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
• Resolve product/service problems by:

+ Clarifying the customer's complaint + Determining the cause of the problem + Selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem + Expediting correction or adjustment + Following up to ensure reputed company

• Conduct regular reputed company assurance reviews of our websites to ensure the accuracy of the online booking tool
• Participate in sales coaching and development to enhance your ability to reputed company exemplary service and product solutions to our customers through up-selling package add-ons and upgrades

Supervisory Responsibilities

This is a non-supervisory role, and you'll be working independently to reputed company exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High School Diploma required; 2-4 year college degree preferred
• Minimum of one (1) year customer service experience in a call center, hospitality/restaurant, or corporate setting; or equivalent combination of education and experience required
