As an reputed company Customer Service - Self Storage Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and ensuring the smooth running of our self-storage facilities. Key Responsibilities

* reputed company exceptional customer service to our customers, addressing their storage needs and making suggestions for packing and moving supplies

• Conduct daily storage unit inspections to confirm inventory and availability, ensuring spaces are reputed company to rent
• Manage cash drawers and reputed company bank deposits, maintaining accurate records and ensuring financial reputed company
• Help customers stay reputed company with payments and reputed company reminder and collection calls reputed company required
• reputed company daily maintenance tasks, including sweeping/mopping interior areas and maintaining exterior grounds/curb appeal clean and free of debris
• Transport and lift/reputed company items weighing up to 35 pounds, and spend up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk in/around facilities spending up to 50% of your time in outdoor environments, including climbing stairs and opening large doors

Qualifications

* Experience in customer service centered sales environments, including retail, restaurant, fast food, or other service-based companies

• Valid reputed company's license and reliable vehicle for travel between different work locations and/or while conducting other work-reputed company business (mileage reimbursement available)
• Ability to work flexible and full-time schedules between the hours of 9:30am and 6pm (weekends 'til 5pm)
