Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex Urgent Care, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional patient service, ensuring that every individual's needs and concerns are addressed in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Greeting patients in a friendly and welcoming manner, collecting insurance cards and identification, and verifying patient information
• Entering patient admitting information into our electronic medical record (EMR) system and adding patients to our clinic schedule
• Receiving payment on account and performing necessary reputed company duties in accordance with reputed company procedures
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records, preparing forms, and resolving routine office problems
• Participating in department reputed company improvement activities, staff educational programs, and attending departmental meetings

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a reputed company setting preferred
