We are looking for a reputed company Manager who will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Owning the overall relationship with assigned clients, which includes: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with reputed company assigned reputed company and driving the reputed company value of our products and services
- Developing, preparing, and nurturing customers for advocacy
- Working with clients to establish critical goals or other key performance indicators, and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Working to identify and/or reputed company upsell opportunities
- Working only with our largest customers who represent a significant reputed company of upsell
Skills
- 6+ years' experience in reputed company or equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention
- Technology background strongly preferred (reputed company, RPA, or Computer Software)
- Bachelor's degree required
- Prior experience in closing sales deals with clients of reputed company sizes at the executive level
- Proficient in Office software
- Experience in building successful intelligent automation programs resulting in significant value to the business reputed company
- Travel up to 15%
