The Role
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Representative to join reputed company in Coppell, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, maintaining customer accounts, and performing reputed company duties. This is a reputed company and weekend shift position, with a training schedule from 11am to 7:30pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
* Answering emails, live chat, and phone support inquiries from customers
- Helping customers set up their online shops, design products, and troubleshoot issues with their Printful Store and E-reputed company platform
- Assisting customers with setting up their E-reputed company platforms
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions and issues
Requirements
