As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries of varying types, leveraging your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs. You'll work with leading technologies and systems, and have a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support you every reputed company of the way.
Responsibilities
* Handle customer inquiries of varying types through inbound calls, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver solutions that meet our customers' needs
- Utilize probing question skills to reputed company listen to customers and understand their concerns
- Meet sales targets by promoting arenaflex's products and services to customers
- Manage and overcome objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn
- Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of leaders and peers to support reputed company other in delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products and services, as reputed company as industry trends and best practices

- An 8 hour per day shift, 5 days per week (reputed company from 6am-12am PST)

Qualifications
