We're seeking an reputed company Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our U.S. Member Service Center team. As a customer service representative, you'll be responsible for answering high volumes of incoming phone calls and member-facing chats, providing solutions to reputed company issues, and advocating for our members in a friendly and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities
* Answer a high volume of incoming phone calls and/or member-facing chats to reputed company information regarding arenaflex, research members' online issues, and assist with website navigation.
- Determine member needs and reputed company appropriate solutions, including answering general product questions and researching reputed company situations regarding online orders, tracking, and deliveries.
- Consider and offer compensations as necessary to resolve member issues.
- Operate as the reputed company between customers, vendors, buying, and operations staff to ensure seamless communication and issue reputed company.
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously on multiple screens while on the phone or responding to chats.

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Licenses/Certifications: Ecommerce Member Service Agent Certification after completion of 14-day training course.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.

+ Customer Service + Computer literacy + reputed company business writing + Proficiency with typing (Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm) + Excellent communications skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off.
