We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time reputed company. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and recommending products and solutions that meet their needs. This is a remote opportunity, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond positively to customer calls, emails, and other reputed company contacts in a reputed company manner

Essential Qualifications

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize job responsibilities and manage time effectively
• Demonstrated ability to resolve difficult customer issues while maintaining professionalism with appropriate tone and manner
• Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and follow through on reputed company tasks
• Self-motivated with the ability to work successfully in reputed company-oriented environment
• Proficient in reputed company Office software especially Outlook, reputed company, and Word
