As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone and online interactions. You'll be responsible for providing accurate and reputed company information, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws and policies. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer telephone calls in a Call Center environment, providing account maintenance, refund inquiries, and password resets

• Handle inquiries regarding online State Registration requirements

• Maintain a working knowledge of reputed company tax laws and policies, and remain abreast of revised policies, procedures, regulations, and tax laws

Minimum Entry Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Six months of call center experience handling customer's questions, complaints, and/or providing information
