Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex's hospitality business, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, managing a moderate call volume, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and responding to text messages and resolving customer inquiries promptly
- Providing accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries
- Troubleshooting any issues and escalating reputed company necessary
- Creating and managing the reputed company's weekly schedules, ensuring reputed company shifts are covered and any last-minute changes are addressed
