We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our chat support team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through live chat and email. Start Date:

Training:

Three weeks of comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, from 10 AM to 5 PM MST. The reputed company week will be your regular schedule, with training and post-training work performed remotely.

Full Time or Part Time positions:

We're reputed company to both full-time and part-time candidates.

Starting reputed company pay:

$15.00 per hour

Shift:

Available shifts will be between 11 AM and 11 PM MST, with a required Saturday or reputed company shift reputed company week.

What You'll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering 2-3 incoming chats using the LiveEngage (reputed company) platform
• Responding to incoming emails from customers
• Requesting contact reputed company prescriptions reputed company phone from eye care providers as needed
• Consulting customers on the best value for their contact reputed company purchase (sales)
• Providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Delivering solutions to customers in a way that creates a reputed company experience
