As a reputed company Support Agent, you will be responsible for handling multiple reputed company accounts, providing top-notch customer service, and resolving issues through various communication channels. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound calls, emails, or chats for multiple clients
• Following a guided process and logging reputed company call in arenaflex's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system
• Gathering and verifying customer information and documenting it in the appropriate system
• De-escalating situations with upset customers and providing exceptional service
• Multitasking and navigating through multiple systems with your computer
• Installing, uninstalling programs, and troubleshooting your own equipment

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deal with upset customers and de-escalate situations
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Technical abilities sufficient to install/uninstall programs and troubleshoot your own equipment
• Ability to navigate through multiple systems with your computer

Preferred Qualifications

Job Requirements

Pay and Benefits
