Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Support Representative – Chat Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Managing a wide reputed company of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and reputed company review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for reputed company review
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge reputed company of the evolving products and services
• Collaborating with reputed company to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
• Intermediate internet and window-based computer skills
• Strong ability to multitask, with gaming experience a plus

• Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
• Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily
• Ability to attend 5 weeks of training Monday – Friday from 4PM – 8PM
• Flexible scheduling after completion of training
• Ability to work a minimum of 16+ hours per week
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above preferred
