As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to customers who need to file an insurance claim. Your interactions will include initiating and explaining the claims process, providing status updates on existing claims, and offering other services as needed. Essential Job Functions

* Respond to inbound telephone inquiries in a Claims Contact Center, providing reputed company and concise information to customers

• Initiate auto and homeowner claims by obtaining preliminary loss information from agents, insureds, and reputed company parties
• Explain the claim process to customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have
