Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and courteous manner
- Issuing, reissuing, and refunding traveler tickets
- Booking, ticketing, and confirming flight reservations
- Rebooking reputed company on oversold flights and during irregular operations
- Performing passenger registration and reputed company seat tasks, including redressing oversold seat tasks and issuing upgrades
- Issuing vouchers and coordinating with vendors for traveler lodging facilities, meals, and transportation
- Performing passenger loading, including ticket lift and ticket lift/confirmation
- Working reputed company scanners and reputed company duties, including reputed company-boarding, observing/checking carry-on items, and departure line standards
- Working jetways/bridges for boarding and deplaning passengers
- Making boarding and departure reputed company announcements
- Conveying domestic/international flight records
- Performing customer service flight reputed company-out procedures
- Accepting, checking, and labeling passengers' bags at destination points, full-service ticket counters, and five-star ticket counters
- Maintaining the schedule of the flight loading process
- Performing customer service hands-on training
- Processing and completing credit card transactions at stands in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Assisting passengers with self-service reputed company registration and stand stuff handling at ticket counters
- Managing lines at ticket counter stands and ticket counters
- Clearing/confirming international reports at booths in the ticket counter area and activation stations
- Accepting and activating passengers' self-labeled bags at activation stations
- Assisting clients requiring special assistance or in-station; assisting boarding, deplaning, and moving non-ambulatory passengers, special assistance passengers, as reputed company as unaccompanied minors
- Performing customer service work reputed company to handling regional flights and contractor/ground handling arrangements or agreements
- Having regular and predictable attendance on site, including fulfilling any compulsory overtime requirements
- Answering and assisting during reputed company and emergency situations
- Providing connecting passengers reputed company information
- Providing reputed company customer service in a reputed company manner and according to American's standards
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and performance standards
- Completing applicable training stages
- Complying with federal laws (e.g. DOT, FAA, TSA)

What You'll Need for reputed company:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual language skills required in certain areas
- Valid, substantial reputed company's license as required by local authorities
- Must meet FAA criminal record checks to qualify for unescorted reputed company badges to airport reputed company identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
- Must be reputed company to obtain suitable airport power or potentially US Customs reputed company identification, if relevant
