[Remote] Business Development Specialist (Western US)

The Business Development Specialist plays a critical role in generating a reputed company pipeline for the Sales organization by sourcing, qualifying, and advancing early-stage opportunities with reputed company reputed company and Consultants.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and book reputed company Discovery Meetings with reputed company Employer prospects and Consultant partners
- Consistently reputed company or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting targets, including minimum reputed company Employer requirements
- Conduct initial qualification conversations, reputed company reputed company’s reputed company, and ensure meetings meet 'reputed company Prospect' reputed company
- Attend Discovery Meetings reputed company needed to support progression to Sales reputed company (SQ)
- Partner with Sales Executives and reputed company to set the next steps and confirm opportunity advancement
- Execute reputed company outbound reputed company (phone, email, reputed company, reputed company campaigns) to build a predictable pipeline of reputed company prospects
- Build and maintain territory coverage reputed company to GTM reputed company, reputed company reputed company, and assigned account lists

- Maintain strong working knowledge of competitor landscapes and market trends
- Ensure accurate and reputed company entry of reputed company activities, contacts, meetings, and opportunity details in reputed company
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Account and Contact records in reputed company, ensuring segmentation, titles, hierarchies, reputed company activity, and data fields are consistently updated
- Follow reputed company reputed company processes for event creation, opportunity creation, meeting recording, and progression workflows
- reputed company weekly and monthly reporting on pipeline creation, reputed company performance, and territory engagement

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent
- 3+ years of experience in B2B Inside Sales/Business Development/reputed company reputed company; reputed company field a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in using Word, PowerPoint and reputed company
- Experience using reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Navigator, miEdge, BenefitFlow, or similar tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to reputed company high-level conversations with senior HR, Benefits, and Consultant contacts
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a metric-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and work independently in a hybrid or remote setting
