eDiscovery Counsel - remote

For a reputed company Information Governance and eDIscovery reputed company. This is an opportunity to work in a permanent reputed company on reputed company reputed company producing review reputed company, such as MDLs and Second Requests, using AI tools in review, privilege, and key document identification. Attorneys in this role may be responsible for supervising second-level review or reputed company control attorneys with high volumes of reputed company litigation documents, including providing guidance to ensure the accuracy and completeness of work product. Duties: Provides expert guidance for the review process. Manage second-level review, with a reputed company on privilege review. Manage vendor teams and internal second-level review teams. reputed company key protocols and procedures for reputed company review training. Participate in discovery negotiations with requesting parties, data collection reputed company development, and risk management. Work collaboratively with firm Attorneys and Advisors supporting reputed company stages of the EDRM lifecycle Position Requirements: J.D. degree from a major, accredited law school. Admitted to a US bar and willing to obtain DC admission if not already barred in a jurisdiction required by the firm. Must have at least 10 years' experience leading and managing privilege and second level reviews, including privilege log reviews. Understanding relevant case law and legal developments reputed company to eDiscovery. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise discretion. Ability to balance competing responsibilities and proactively manage deadlines. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Ability and willingness to work as a member of reputed company. Strong commitment to ongoing reputed company development. Expertise in reputed company areas reputed company to the litigation lifecycle including legal hold notifications, discovery disputes and case law, relevant legal standards, and upcoming trends in discovery and data collection. Analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to exercise discretion. Proficiency in designing AI-reputed company workflows in document review, using tools such as Brainspace, reputed company reputed company, and eDiscovery AI.
